Rewiring Your Brain: Stress Reduction Discussion with Dr. Robert Rose and Tom Von Deck

By Robert Rose

Subject – REWIRING YOUR BRAIN on Dr. Robert Rose’s Blog Talk Radio program

STRESS REDUCTION, HAPPINESS BUILDING – guest: Tom Von Deck, author of Oceanic Mind – The Deeper Training Course

TOM VON DECK is a personal and workplace meditation trainer, speaker
and author of Oceanic Mind – The Deeper Meditation Training Course.

This is Tom’s second visit (1st on Sept.7,2010). This time we spent
more time TEACHING you how it’s done as well as why you should
meditate and other suggestions to improve your health, reduce your
stress, and insure greater happiness.

Recently on Oprah, she and Goldie Hawn discussed how ONE minute of silence a day could change your life. We explain WHY any type of calming helps, but we take you through various Induction techniques for meditation as well as specific ways to meditate, how-to-do-them, and you can experience them.

We discussed short and long meditations. Meditating at your desk  or in an elevator.Walking meditation or during commercial breaks
while watching TV. There’s even meditating with a partner either back-to-back or holding hands. Those who want more can get Tom’s materials or my workbook, Self-Awareness and Self-Discipline. The latter for $5 in PDF from
